Where is my data?

On your iPhone. If you're signed into iCloud it's also mirrored there, so a new phone picks up where the old one left off — that's Apple's storage, not ours. Beyond that, nothing leaves the phone unless you switch on web sync under You → Web & agents.

The Snap result looks off.

Tap an ingredient to strike it out or add what the camera can't see, then assess again. Photos with the whole plate in frame and good light read best. Without a photo, describe the dish and answer the two quick questions — that's what makes the estimate honest.

How does the shopping list get into the Shopping List app?

In the planner, tap “Send to Shopping List” and save the file to Files (or AirDrop it). In the Shopping List app, open Settings → Import data and pick that file. Everything arrives as one-time items.

Nudges aren't arriving.

Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → NutriLove is allowed. Nudges only fire inside the window you set (8 AM to 8 PM by default) and never overnight.

Can I track meals for my child or partner?

Yes — add them under You → People and tag their meals. Viewing their own journal and rings is part of NutriLove Pro.

Can I see my journal on a computer?

Yes — turn on You → Web & agents, sign in with Apple, then open nutritionwithlove.app/journal and sign in with the same Apple ID. Reading is free. It's off until you switch it on.

Can I use NutriLove with Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. Under You → Web & agents, copy the connector address and add it as a custom connector, then sign in with the same Apple ID. Your assistant can then read your journal and answer questions about it; logging meals from there is part of NutriLove Pro. Signing out in the app cuts off access straight away.

How do I restore NutriLove Pro?

You → NutriLove Pro → Restore purchases. Subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID settings.
